Buoy does not charge anything to their customers. The restaurant can upcharge parts of the container-usage fees to the customer based on their own decision.

You have 10 days to return containers to any of our drop off locations found on the Buoy App or you can choose to get all of your containers picked up for a $4 fee on your designated pick-up days.
